ST International provides the following B2B services:
- Quality Control & Inspection Services: Pre-shipment inspection, factory audits, and quality assurance
- Engineering Solutions: Production line design, industrial machinery, and technical consulting
- Logistics & Shipping: Freight forwarding, customs clearance, and supply chain management
- Raw Materials Trading: Aluminum products, stainless steel, copper, titanium, and industrial materials sourcing
- Furniture Manufacturing: Custom furniture production and OEM services
2. Eligibility
Our services are available only to businesses and individuals who can form legally binding contracts. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
3. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, currency fluctuations, and supplier pricing. Final pricing will be confirmed in written agreements.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment terms are specified in individual contracts
- Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Accepted payment methods: Wire transfer, Letter of Credit (L/C)
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
5. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery terms are governed by Incoterms 2020 as specified in each contract. Risk of loss transfers according to the agreed Incoterm. Shipping dates are estimates and subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Quality Standards
All products and services comply with international standards including ISO, SGS certifications where applicable. Inspection reports and certificates will be provided as specified in contracts.
7. Limitation of Liability
ST International's liability is limited to the value of the specific transaction. We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or business opportunities
- Delays caused by force majeure events
- Issues arising from incorrect specifications provided by the client
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of ST International and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during business transactions. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Foshan, Guangdong.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the business relationship with 30 days written notice. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain in effect.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
